Cookie & Similar Technologies Notice

Version 1.1 · Operator: Sports Gold Guard LLC d/b/a FansPulse
⚠ This is a template for attorney review, not legal advice. Statutory references should be verified as current by counsel before production use.

FansPulse uses cookies, local storage, software development kits, pixels, and similar technologies to operate, secure, remember, measure, and improve the service.

1. Categories

1.1 Strictly Necessary. Used for login, authentication, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, consent choices, account settings, payment flow, and service continuity. These technologies cannot always be disabled through the FansPulse interface.

1.2 Preferences. Used to remember teams, sports, leagues, language, theme, accessibility, volume, playback, feed, and display choices.

1.3 Analytics and Performance. Used to measure pages, features, errors, playback, load times, game room use, and general engagement. FansPulse configures analytics to minimize unnecessary collection and honor required consent choices.

1.4 Advertising and Measurement. Used to deliver ads and affiliate offers, limit how often an ad repeats, count views and clicks, and credit FansPulse when a click leads to a purchase or sign-up. FansPulse sets its own advertising cookies. With your consent, affiliate network scripts (CJ, Awin, Skimlinks, Rakuten) may set their own. Partners also set cookies on their websites after you click a link. Some of this activity may be a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under state law; see Privacy Policy Section 6.

1.5 Referral and Ambassador Attribution. A first party referral cookie or signed token may remember the referral source for thirty days. It may contain or reference a visitor identifier, referral link identifier, campaign identifier, timestamp, and integrity signature. It is used for attribution, fraud prevention, and payment calculation, not for unrelated cross site advertising.

1.6 Embedded Content and Delivery. Pages that show YouTube videos, TikTok clips, X posts, Google Fonts, or code from public content delivery networks cause your browser to contact those providers. They receive your IP address and browser information and may set their own cookies under their own policies.

2. Choices

Users may use the cookie settings link to accept or reject optional categories. Browser and device settings may also block or delete technologies. Some features may not work correctly after blocking necessary storage. FansPulse recognizes Global Privacy Control and other legally recognized universal opt-out signals as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising, and does not load third-party advertising scripts for a browser that sends one. A signal does not necessarily block strictly necessary or first party preference technologies.

3. Retention

Session cookies expire when the session ends. Persistent cookies expire according to their stated duration. Referral attribution is normally thirty days. Consent records may be retained longer to demonstrate legal compliance.

4. Cookie Table

4A. Browser and App Storage

FansPulse also stores settings in your browser's local storage (sound, mixer, panel and feed state, onboarding progress) and, in the apps, a sign-in token in the device's secure storage. On TV, the TV app stores its sign-in token and settings. These stay on your device.
