This Policy describes how FansPulse protects minors and how it confirms adult status for paid Gifts. FansPulse is operated by Sports Gold Guard LLC d/b/a FansPulse. These protections are the national default even where a state law is narrower or delayed.
1. Age assurance for adults
Paid Gifts are for adults. FansPulse confirms that you are 18 or older using your date of birth, an operating-system or app-store age signal, or a third-party age assurance provider on the web. At least one method does not require a government ID. FansPulse accepts only an age result, never the underlying ID image or selfie, and retains only the result, the method, the date, the vendor, and the audit outcome. Age data is never used for advertising, recommendations, or profiling. You may appeal or correct a result by contacting [email protected].

3. Teens
Teens can use free reactions. They cannot buy paid Gifts, appear on a Gift leaderboard, or receive creator payouts.
4. Under 13
Users under 13 may not hold an account. If FansPulse learns that an account belongs to someone under 13, it disables the account, preserves only what is legally required for security or a dispute, deletes unnecessary personal data, and provides a parent resolution path. A parent or guardian may contact [email protected].
5. Creator conduct toward minors
A creator may not ask or encourage a minor to buy a Gift, and may not promise private contact, sexualized content, or a meeting in exchange for a Gift. Violations involving minors suspend monetization immediately, pending review. See the LIVE Monetization Conduct Rules.
