LIVE Monetization Conduct Rules

Version 1.0 · Operator: Sports Gold Guard LLC d/b/a FansPulse
⚠ This is a template for attorney review, not legal advice. Statutory references should be verified as current by counsel before production use.

These Rules govern creator conduct during a monetized LIVE on FansPulse, operated by Sports Gold Guard LLC d/b/a FansPulse. You must accept them, and the Creator Monetization and Payout Policy, before Gift earnings are enabled. A violation involving minors, sexual solicitation, fraud, gambling, or threats suspends monetization immediately, pending review.

A creator must never

  1. Ask or encourage a minor to buy a Gift.
  2. Promise private messages, video calls, sexualized content, physical meetings, or personal contact in exchange for a Gift.
  3. Condition basic participation in the LIVE or chat on a Gift.
  4. Humiliate viewers who do not buy Gifts.
  5. Use fake accounts or collaborators to manufacture Gift activity.
  6. Offer money, merchandise, contest entries, raffles, sweepstakes, or prizes based on Gift purchases.
  7. Connect a Gift to the outcome of a game, bet, prediction, or fantasy contest.
  8. Present a Gift as a charitable donation unless FansPulse has approved a charitable campaign with the required disclosures.
  9. Direct viewers to an off-platform payment method to avoid FansPulse protections.
  10. Use unlicensed league, team, player, music, or broadcast material in a Gift.

Enforcement

FansPulse may stop Gift activity for a LIVE or a creator at any time, hold or reverse earnings, and suspend or end monetization. The notice and appeal process is described in the Creator Monetization and Payout Policy.
