Sponsor Match Disclosures
These terms apply when a sponsor matches a creator's Gift earnings during a defined period on FansPulse, operated by Sports Gold Guard LLC d/b/a FansPulse. Sponsor matching is a later phase and is enabled only after these disclosures and payout allocation are validated.
1. Sponsored content
A sponsor-matched period is sponsored content. The creator must disclose it clearly and conspicuously under the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 C.F.R. Part 255), using an approved disclosure snippet, at the start of the matched period and at intervals during it.
2. Not a wager or prize
A sponsor match is a fixed contribution tied to Gift activity over a stated period. It is not a raffle, sweepstakes, contest, or wager, and it never awards anything of value based on chance or a sporting result.
3. How the match is paid
The sponsor's contribution is allocated and recorded alongside the creator's Gift earnings under the Creator Monetization and Payout Policy. The match terms, the period, and any cap are shown to the creator before the period begins and cannot be changed after it begins.
4. Approvals
Sponsor matching requires FansPulse approval and may require additional disclosures for a given audience or jurisdiction. [advertising/sweepstakes counsel to confirm state promotion-disclosure requirements before first use]
